Modify Insight Polling E-Mail Message

Does anyone know how I could change the wording from a polling message sent by CIM 7 sp2?

It is too big when sent to our cell phones.

If its in the IM database, search the database with Access and see if you can just change the text in the table. If its not in there, do a windows text search on the IM folder to search all the files for the strings you want to change, should be there somewhere.

I don't know which specifically since i've never messed around with it. But if I was, I'd start with those two.

An alternative is to use the Application Launch feature and tailor your message.

I do this in order to pass a message through to an automated system that requires the message in a specific format.
