Norman antivirus detects cpqacuxe as worm W32/HLLW.Gabot_based.H
On all my systems this virus is detected since saturday 17. Somebody else have found this problem? The files are cpqacuxe.exe, hpacubin.exe and setup.exe in C:\Program files\compac\cpqacxe\bin.
Some idees if this is realy a problem??

Re: Norman antivirus detects cpqacuxe as worm W32/HLLW.Gabot_based.H
I'm assuming that you mean Norton anti-virus.
I've just checked one of my test systems with the Symantec 4/17 update and I'm running ACU from the PSP 7.0 and there are no reported problems.
Is it possible that the file is in fact infected? The other possibility is that if you have heuristics enabled, Norton is finding a pattern that it thinks is suspicious but may really not be.

Hi
The virusinformation was wrong. Norman has retired this signature see:

Excuse me.
