Not all information displayed

We have a number of Compaq servers on our LAN's. One of our isolated LAN's has 5 Servers of different types ML530 DL380 ML360 etc. They ALL have insight manager agents 5.10 most have been upgraded Through integration server from 4.x - Insight manager App resides on a management workstation. When we query the detailed information about the servers every server with the exception of the ML530 gives the correct information.

Where the other servers are correctly reporting the correct Modle i.e. DL380 the ML530 displays "Personal Computer" and things like system serial number, Processor and Memeory are not displayed.

This has been happening since This server was first built on Agents 4.60 anyone got any ideas
