Problems when Open System Management Homepage

I have installed the proliant support packs on a number of servers, for the majority of servers there is no problem but some of my servers are giving problems.

The problems I am getting is when I click on the System Management Homepage for some of the servers. On one of the servers when I click the System Management Hompage link I get a Page entitled "Device Homepage" but all it has is a link to the "Compaq Management Agents".

On another of the servers when I click on the System Management Homepage I get a message saying "The browser is not going to be able to log into the HP web-based management software on this system".

On a third of my servers when I click on the System Management Homepage link it gives a message saying "The page cannot be displayed".

Does anyone have any suggestions as to why I am getting these errors and does anyone have any solutions??

Hi,

The problem could be related to the cookie settings in your browser.
Quick solution: try open the link in new window i.e. right-click on the link and select "Open in New Window"

I tried this but it doesn't resolve my problem, have you any other suggestions??

Retstart the SNMP service which will also ask you to restart the management agents.

If that doesn't work, you will need to remove the management agents, Reboot the server, re-install the management agents. You may need to reboot after you install the agents.
