problems with new version control agent v2.0.0.50

I have installed the new version control agent v2.0.0.50 (CP003503.exe) on a test server and rebooted the system, when i log in and click on the Log tab, i get browser errors, and i can not view the log, only the icons. I use IEX 5.50.4807.2300. Other pages show correctly.

Do i need IEX6 (which is not supported in the production environment) ?
or should the browser be configured otherwise ?
