Registering a 3rd party MIB

I have a third-party MIB conforming to ASN.1 and SNMPv1, yet I can't register it in IM7sp2.

Could somebody please take this MIB (see the attachment), try it out in his/her IM7sp2 and advice me as of why it can't be registered?
