Unable to access IM 7 SP 2
Since I changed my password of my windows account, I am not able to access IM 7 anymore, although I also changed the user-settings in Services Control Panel under IM 7 service. What else could be the problem.
I tried logging in by cennnecting with IP or servername without success.
No one else was granted to access the IM Server. Do I have to reinstall it know or do I have other opportunities?

Re: Unable to access IM 7 SP 2
Hello Manjit,
I don??t know how IM reactes to changed local accounts...but it has problems with renamed domain accounts.

Re: Unable to access IM 7 SP 2
1.Is this a domain account or a local account you are trying to login as?
2.if it's a local account, is it local to the IM7 server?
3. what user are you running the IM7 services as?
4. The user that is running the IM 7 service, does it have admin priviledges on the domain or local IM7 server?

Re: Unable to access IM 7 SP 2
Hello Jadrice,
know I am able to login with a local account as an administrator. But it is still impossible for me to login with a domain acount, and I tried a few different domain account with the same result (Invalid Login!).
All user accounts I have added do have admin priviledges.
I really don??t kno why it is not working.
Meanwhile another Problem occured. But herefore I write another subject.
thx
Manjit
