UPS button

After running the agent install on my novell 5.0 server, I get a message telling me the install was completed correctly. However, after running the install on my client, the UPS button is still "grayed out" in my insight manager window, am I missing a step or something here?

I don St know if this is the same for Novel 5, because in TN 4, you also have to install a "snap in" (or what ever they call it) in you insight manager console to be able to see the ups.
the software delivered with your ups is o. for TN 4, I don St know anything about Novel, but I think this is the case here also!
