Version Control Agent for NetWare 6 ?

I've just setup HP Insight Manager 7 SP2.3 and am trying to do to a software update on our NetWare 6 servers. I'm using one server as a test but Insight Manager returns with an error stating that the Version Control Agent is not available. I've looked everywhere for this for NetWare but cannot find it. Does it exist? If so, where...?
