WebAgent Error

I receive the following error when trying to access the Compaq Subsystem Status Information using a web browser

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://192.168.5.77:2301/WEBAGENT/index.tpl

The following error was encountered:

Access Denied.
Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is incorrect.

Perhaps you are trying to access the agents through a proxy server? If so you should know that this isn't supported and you should put the agent system names or IP addresses into the no-proxy section of the browser.
