Windows 2003, IM7 and java

Hi
Does anyone have a clue what to do?
I have IM7 that works well, but when I try to access it from Windows 2003, install the JRE but yet get an error:
"the java runtime environment cannot be loaded from <\bin\hotspot\jvm.dll>"
