We were exposed to the following questions during the Syber security audit. How can we get answers to these questions? Is there a support team?

• Considering the automatic case opening feature, can you tell us which information goes to the site, assuming some information goes to your site?
• Is there any chance of getting a dump?
• Do you keep the information going to your site? If yes, how long is it kept?
