Hi,
We have problems with the iLO Amplifier Pack 2.23 and SPP 2024.09. Create Baseline Report fails with exception “InitializeSUM job failed because SUM Create Session Failed...”. Same error with Firmware Online Update.
There are no problems with SPP 2024.04.01. Can anyone help?

SolutionThis is to inform you that the ilo amplifier has been discontinued and out of support now.
The following document was released earlier for the same which even shows the alternative options which can be used here in place of ilo amplifier.
https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/docDisplay?docLocale=en_US&docId=a00133620en_us
New SPP updates through ILO AMPLIFIER not supported.
As per the below article the new SPP updates using ILO amplifier version 2.22 itself not supported since 2023-07-06
https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/docDisplay?docLocale=en_US&docId=a00133620en_us
Newer SPP's (late 2023 and newer) are still not supported for use with iLO amplifier pack.
The 2.23 version of iLO amplifier did not add ANY new functionality other than to address an SSH vulnerability.
Please move to the new platform like COMS, Oneview to update the multple servers using Latest SPPs.

Re: Amplifier Pack Error with SPP 2024.09
Hello,
I wanted to inform you that the iLO Amplifier has been officially discontinued and is no longer supported.
For further details, including alternative solutions, please refer to the following document released earlier:
Alternative Options and iLO Amplifier Discontinuation Details
Key points to note:
New SPP updates via iLO Amplifier are no longer supported.
Since July 6, 2023, the iLO Amplifier version 2.22 is not supported for new SPP updates (as per the article linked above).
Newer SPPs (late 2023 and beyond) are not compatible with iLO Amplifier.
The iLO Amplifier 2.23 version was released only to address an SSH vulnerability, with no new features added.
