Error when running Remote Insight Setup

We have a ML370 G2 in a remote location running Windows 2003 Server. When I use the Remote Desktop to connect to the machine and try to run the Remote Insight Setup from the Control Panel, I receive the message, "Unable to find sm2user.dll. Please install the Compaq Management Agents from the Compaq Management CD". I have applied the latest agents (V 7.0) and rebooted the machine. Any ideas?

Rich,
What kind of Remote Insight device is in the ML370? Is it a Riloe I or Riloe II? If it's a Riloe II card then the Remote Insight setup applet is not going to work at all. It was actually written for the old RIB cards.
