High Resolution to use Remote console of integraded lights out

Hello all, does anybody know if it is possible to use the remote console of the integrated lights out with a screen resolution of 1650x1080 on the client connecting to ilo? Any time a customer of mine connects to the ilo's remote console, he gets an error message stating that the resolution is not supported. If he changes to 1024 x 786 it works fine.

iLO (or iLO 2) may have host console resolution limitations, however I am not aware of client-side limitations.

Can you check: iLO or iLO 2?
How is the server video resolution setting configured?
