hp lights-out directories migration utility error

When trying to update Active Directory the utility creates the first object then stops with the following error message: The requested operation did not satisfy one or more constraints associated with the class of the object.
Anyone knows what's wrong?

I found out what I was doing wrong.
In the role DN field I was pointing to the OU which contained the roles and not the actual Role. SO I solved the problem by pointing to the Role.
