HSM plugin with iLO Amplifier Pack issue - 300GB 12G SAS HDD is INCOMPATIBLE

The latest version of SPP appears to be incompatible for my hosts.

It seems to be failing due to a disk firmware version

I managed to get the last SPP to install by creating a custom baselint that excluded the SAS HDD firmware, but this no longer works. I get this error: 

Manifest with Hardware Support Manager com.hpe.vlcmhsm and Hardware Support Package Custom Baseline 2023 11 30 version SPP-1.1 cannot be found in depot.

Any idea how I get get this working?

If I manualy install the firmware for the HDD, I can then install the rest of the firmware patches via vLCM
