ILO 4 After Setup Unable to get the ping response
Team,
I have assigned IP address by pressing F10 going to Intelligence provisioning and assigning IP in ILO Configuration i have disabled DHCP as well. I am not able to get the ping response assigned gateway as well.
I have done it on one server its pingable, gateway is reachable as well and i can get into ILO but there are 5 servers on the same gateway i am unable to ping them.
Could you please suggest what is missing.

Hello,
What is the model of the server?
Please ensure that a working cable is connected to the iLO port. If activity LED is not blinking amber and is compeletely off, then it is possible that iLO may be disabled, enable it in RBSU
During POST is the adress shown on the screen?
Is your client on the same physical network?
May be there is a firewall between your client and the iLO?
There could be an IP address conflict. Kindly check if the same IP is already assigned to a different server.
Also, check the iLO firmware and try configuring the DHCP and check if it works. If DHCP fails too, then it could be hardware related issue. Kindly log a support ticket with HPE for further assitance.
