iLO AD - does cert have to be on the DC?

iLO AD - does cert have to be on the DC?

Hi All - tad new to this so bear with me. Using the Schema free method, does the certificate have to be installed on the AD box? Or can I install it on a dedicated cert box, and if so, how do I link via LDAP to the AD box?
