I have setup ILO amplifier for email alerts with the configuration seen below (obiously with "contoso" being a placeholder):
When I send a test alert, I get the email immediately. No problems. However if I save the config and then check back a little later (around 15 minutes) the 'From Email Address' field has become blank and alerts no longer work.
Is there something I'm missing? I do not want to enter a username and password in the SMTP server authentication section because I want the email to come from a donotreply type sender.

Thanks, but this does not help me. My ILO amplifier is already patched to v2.20.

You are not alone, I also had major issues with email alerts, I saw the same issue you see.
ILO Amplifier 1.90 not sending out any alerts - Hewlett Packard Enterprise Community (hpe.com)
I even created a case, but there was no soution. One word in advise, don't spent any time on ILO Amplifier, it's not worth it. You will run into other problems over and over.
