ILO/HPONCFG.EXE
Hello all,
I have been asked to retrieve and verify ILO settings on many servers. I am using HPONCFG and the get_network.xml file. My problem is that depending on the firmware level of the chip and features, I get varying lines of output. Is there a way to define what settings I want to retrieve information for? Thanks in advance.

Re: ILO/HPONCFG.EXE
You cannot specify the specific settings that you want to retrieve from iLO. You would have to filter the XML output that you get from HPONCFG to extract the information that you require.

Re: ILO/HPONCFG.EXE
Besides possibly different settings based on different iLO firmware versions, different host platforms may have capabilitiies that affect the results.
So, post-processing the results file is the best way to go.
