ILO2 xml script to force power off
Hi,
Is there a ribl script available that will power off the server right a way and DO NOT try a graceful shutdown in ACPI aware OS ? So it would simulate situation of total power loss.

Re: ILO2 xml script to force power off
No. All of the server power scripts via iLO manipulate the virtual power button which in turn triggers an ACPI event.
I believe that there is a "RESET" script, but that does not turn the host off.

Re: ILO2 xml script to force power off
RESET would do it too, if the RESET is done istantly when script is run.
