iLO3 60-day evaluation key expired after one day

I downloaded and installed the evaluation key yesterday, and today it has expired?

I have exactly the same problem with a new DL980 G7. I changed the system clock to today from the factory default (set to early August) after gaining access with ILO.

Seems like chicken and egg if that's the case? You get a server with the wrong time, you install the evaluation license, updated the clock, then the license expires.

I'm running ESXi and installed the iLO trial before setting op ntp.

Same here. However, it looks like you can perform an ILO reset to factory default, and it resets the license. So you can reinstall the evaluation license key.

That is, of course, if ILO 3 1.10 has not locked up on you after using hponcfg. Need to update to 1.15 firmware before it locks up.
