Integrated Lights-Out Advanced - Evaluation License
Downloaded the evaluation keys for ILO2 for ProLiant ML350 G6. But when trying to install them it fails. Can anyone please assist me with a solution. Please see screen shot attached

It says one of the possible reasons is "Updated iLO 2 firmware is required to support this key."
So, what is your iLO2 firmware version?
If it isn't the latest, upgrade it, then try installing the evaluation key again.
If another evaluation key was already used in this server, then another of the listed reasons may be applicable: "The evaluation period is expired and evaluation licenses are no longer accepted." In that case, you must buy a permanent license if you want to use the advanced features.

I have updated it to the latest firmware level which is V.2.05(12/16/2010). Could it be that the evaluation key already expired ?

Data and time was incorrect on the server once this was changed ILO evaluation keys was working
