LO100i DL140 G3 Login Problems with Internet Explorer 7
We have a DL140 G3 Server with the onboard LO100i.
We can login with admin admin through Internet Explorer 6 and Firefox 2.0. IP 192.168.200.121
If you try with Internet Explorer 7, then it keeps asking you for the password and finally says Unauthorized.
There must be a different setting in Internet Explorer 7 that is preventing us from logging in. I think I have tried changing most settings but I could not find the source of this issue.
I imagine there will be other people saying they cannot login into their remote management but in reality they have upgraded to IE7 as it is a critical update or whatever.
If anyone else has this problem then feel free to elaborate on possible causes and I will try anything at this point but due to the masses of people getting IE7, I do not think going back to IE6 is a viable solution.

Re: LO100i DL140 G3 Login Problems with Internet Explorer 7
And with Firefox 1.5 or 2.0, I couldn't access through HTTPS, because it said that "Certificate is not valid. Contact to Administrator" with no options.
With HTTP works fine, but i prefer https.

Re: LO100i DL140 G3 Login Problems with Internet Explorer 7
this problem on my DL140 G3, googled
and found this thread....
Checking the DL140 GS support pages,
the iLO firmware update to fix
this problem is now available:
http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/26443.html
Note that you also have to update
the BIOS as well.
