In the Insight Management agent configuration applet in the control panel, there is a "Remote Insight" tab. In that tab there is a button "Reset Remote Insight Board".
On some servers the button is grayed out, on some it isnt.
Does anyone know how to enable it on all servers?
Thanks,

Solution
Hi Martin,
the only way to activate the button "Reset Remote Insight Board" is to stop the Server Agent (and Foundation and Web Agent also) before. Then you can reset your RILOE/RILOE II/iLO and after that you should start the appropriate agents again.
That means: The button "Reset Remote Insight Board" is only for temporary use. After the reset of your RILOE/RILOE II/iLO it should be deactivated through starting the Web Agent (Foundation and Server Agent are automatically started).

Re: Reset Remote insight board button in Agents.
Ok thanks,
That means that the agent where the button is always active is not working properly.

Re: Reset Remote insight board button in Agents.
On my Servers the button is always active, I'd guess that SNMP is not correctly set up for Write Access on those Servers where it is greyed out.
