Secure boot

I want to enable secure boot on all my gen 10 servers. However I am not going to reboot each one and go in and configure it individually on all 100+ servers. It there another way to enable it without taking the servers down and then it can apply on the next reboot?

I looked in Oneview and did not see a bios confirg, but may have missed something.
