Server ILO2 will not update IP address

I have tried using EBIPA and just letting the servers pull DHCP but they seem stuck on their IP address. These did come from a different detached environment.

Sounds like the DHCP option is not activated on the ILO.

1.Reboot the server and check if you are getting the prompt
"Integrated Lights Out Press F8 to configure".?

2.enter F8 try to load default.
