SPP Gen10 2022.09.01.00 fails to import into iLO Amplifier 2.14

Validation of the image is successful but I still get the downgrade errors. No matter what I use as ESXi version, AddOn or SPP. I have a case open at VMware but nobody could really tell me why this happens and where the vibs are coming from. VMware points into HPE direction but I did not find the below vibs in HPE repository. This whole image base update thing doesn't look really like any improvement. Or I simply don't get it.
