Upgrade DL360 G7 ILO3 -> ILO4 ?

Is it possible to upgrade the ILO on a DL360 G7 from 3 to 4?

No, it is not possible. They are different Chips.
If you want iLO4, you need to buy a Gen8/Gen9 server.

The only difference is it about DL380 G7 and I was wondering if it's applicable for the DL360 G7 as well,

The first few responses in the spiceworks thread are incorrect. The hardware part of iLO is embedded in the system board and cannot be upgraded. All iLO's support firmware upgrades, but they remain in their respective hardware family.
