3rd party MIB's

Can anyone tell me how to add MIBS into SIM. I have some 2/8 fiber switches I would like to add with their own MIB's but cannot find out where to add it.

Briefly, copy the MIB file to the \System Insight Manager\MIBS folder, run MCOMPILE YOURFILE.MIB, run MXMIB -A YOURFILE.CFG

There's a similar way if you use Unix, it's in the online documentation to SIM

In the HP SIM 5.0 Information Library you can find the PDF-document "Compiling and Customizing SNMP MIBs with HP Systems Insight Manager" which explains how to do this.
