4 emails per event from HP SIM 5 SP5
Hi,
I have installed HP Sim a few months ago & all appears to be working fine except that every time there is an event, I receive 4 Identical emails of the event.
Below is an example of one of the messages:
Event Name: Tape Drive Cleaning Required (5008)
Event originator: ServerXXX
Event Severity: Critical
Event received: 28-Sep-2006, 00:37:51
Event description: Tape Drive Cleaning Required trap. The Insight Agent has detected a tape drive that needs to have a cleaning tape inserted and run. This will cause the tape drive heads to be cleaned.
Tape Drive Status: degraded"
Info on HP Sim.
Operating system: Windows 2003
Version: Systems Insight Manager 5.0 with SP5 - Windows
Build version: C.05.00.02.00
Build date: 2006-05-23 11:07
