Adding authorizations (edit system list) to user accounts

I'd like to delegate a few tasks to operators, i.e. creating and managing public folders in the System List. Therefore, I defined a new toolbox and assigned it to one of these "second level admin accounts", that have taken the Operator template previously. Unfortunately I couldn't find out, which tools are needed to perform the task of managing public folders and lists in the system list tree. Help didn't help, trying out (Tools: EMS Configuration, Management Home Page) neither. Hope the forum can ...

Unfortunately you can't delegate this type of control in HPSIM. It is a good idea though so I'll take that request back to the team.
