After re-registering MIB in SIM trap names are gone
I am attempting to get our Blackberry servers to send some application specific traps to SIM.
I compiled the MIB, and imported the .cfg and the mib name and traps were visible. I immediately started recieving traps from the application, but they complained that the traps and OID didn't match, and that it couldn't find BlackBerryServermib-smiv2.mib.
The documentation from RIM indicates that the output file from the mib compile would be BlackBerryServermib-smiv2.smidb - what actually came out, and what I imported was BlackBerryServer.cfg.
I unregistered BlackBerryServer.mib and re-renamed the .cfg to BlackBerryServermib-smiv2.cfg and registered that file... after doing that there are no traps showing under trap name... I have tried various things including unregistering the mib and repeating my initial steps exactly and still no traps... help! :)
