Just updated Insight Agents from 7.1 to 7.2 on two ProLiants running W23 Server.
Now i get an "LOGIN FAILED" when logging on to the Agent, using the OS-Administrator Account. Also other Users with Administrator-Rights are not working. I have not found anything else than the "This version uses host OS authentication.
Any idea ?
Thanks
Wolfram

Solution
7.20 uses OS authentication, you will need to type in the syntax username: domain\username (in the username box) then enter the proper password. If you would like to use the local administrator account, try: actualservername\administrator (in the username box)then proper password. Hope this helps.

Re: After Upgrading Agent 7.1 to 7.2 no Access to the Agent
Thanks Mike!
I tried the full qualified Syntax etc., but not the domain\username Version!
It works now - thank You again!
