After Upgrading SIM 4.2 SP1 to 4.2 SP2
All my scheduled hardware polling for Servers tasks take over 30 minutes to run! Before I installed SP2, it was running within 30 seconds.
I noticed I was not getting alarms, then I noticed in the Task Results view that I have a ton of Hardware Status Polling for Servers wiating to run.
Nothing else has changed on system, except for installing SP2. I am at a loss, any ideas?

Try separating the different protocols that polling uses.
e.g. Disable the main task and create new ones that just try a single protocol.
You may then be able to see which is not responding quickly.

I found updating my JAVA client to latest version fixed the problem.
