Alert 11004 hundreds of time a day

I seem to be getting these alerts along with or since we started using Alarmpoint and only on SQL servers. Anyone else seeing this issue?

The Alarmpoint folks are looking for the following info.

Inside the structure of this exception there is something listed as a #summary "%s"

Can anyone tell me the value in the summary variable?
