Alerts From Insight manager

I had a Problem a couple of days ago where a HP server been monitored using HPIM had 2 disk Failure without reporting Both disk failure to the HPIM database, however both failure were captured by the local System Management Homepage server logs.
I find the above very worrying in that how many more server out there with problem, without it been reported to HPIM..................Please help if you have seen this before

trap was not configured properly on server resolved
