All Systems Health Status Not Updating
Hi,
We are using HP SIM 5.1 with SP1 running on Windows 2003 SP1.
There are 20+ servers with a critical health status. When you select a device its Health Status & Aggregate event status are Critical.
When you select health status it reports 'no failed/degraded items'.
When I check the integrated management log all is green. I've tried clearing all IML entries but the status doesn't update.
I restarted the server agents but it still reports a status of critical.
I deleted a few devices & I'm currently running a discover to see what the status is when it re-discovers the devices.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Neil

Re: All Systems Health Status Not Updating
Hi,
The devices I deleted were re-discovered & initally the health status was green.
They have now critical status even though when you select the servers it reports there is nothing failed.
Does anybody have any ideas?
Thanks,
Neil
