An unknown java error has occured during HP Systems Insight Manager 5.0 clean installation

Hello,

I'm getting the following error message when installing HP Systems Insight manager 5.0 on
ML350G4 + Windows 2003 Server Eng Standard: "An unknown java error has occured". This is clean installation and I get this message after I click next in database configuration window (I have local MSDE installed by HPSIM). Looked through forums but did not find similar problems :(
