Annoying issue after SP5 update
I've now seen this twice after installing SP5 on SIM (Windows version):
SIM runs nice and fine, but suddenly for some reason the name of the CMS itself in SIM is changed from the actual servername (for example "simserver") to the IP adress of the localhost (i.e. 127.0.0.1).
All querys looking for the name simserver will then of course fail, but using the IP adress of the server will work since the CMS will be registered with both its actual IP (143.x.x.x) and localhost (127.0.0.1).
At the moment its no big deal since a restart of the SIM service will set the name back to what it should be (simserver), although this could be slightly annoying since at least I have some long running tasks (autodiscovery takes over three days to complete all subnets), so I just wanted to give a notice about this.
Apart from that SP5 brings ni some long wanted fixes so I don't really want to downgrade despite this "bug" :-)

Re: Annoying issue after SP5 update
Ah, sorry, that should be upgrading, not installing... i.e. SIM SP4 --> SIM SP5 :-)
