Another DELL and SIM 5.0 thread

Alright. Current version is SIM 5.0 SP5 on Windows 2003 R2 server.
I have read both HP and dell docs in regards to setting up dell within SIM.
I am able to receive the dell model, serial etc im assuming through WMI and is working just fine. Also have checked accept unregistered events in the event filter settings. The problem I have is im not receiving any events besides system was restarted - down event. I have a 3rd party SNMTP trap receiver installed and when I change the temperature settings on my dell server I get a trap message in other application but never in SIM.
I have double checked all SNMP settings on both DELL and SIM server and the trap im receiving should be evidence enough my settings are correct. Anyone get this working with dell servers please give me some ideas.
BTW the trap settings in SIM for the dell MIB all have the enable trap handling checked.
Thanks

Check that you can receive unregistered traps in the Event filter settings of HPSIM.
Check that they're not just turning up as Informational unregistered traps. You can view all of the events associated with a particular device by clicking on the devicename and going to the Events Tab.

Event filter settings - All are check marked
1-Accept unregistered events
2-Accept registered events with severity
Accept traps from discovered systems in IP ranges - have the * there for all ranges.

Events tab for the dell server only shows
the discovered system event. It will show a critical event when you restart but thats all.
