Assigning Proper Authorization Rights

I'll try this again...no reply to the previous POST.

It seems that I cannot assign enough rights on a collection of devices for a user to clear events unless I include the CMS server. I don't want the user to see the CMS server.

User+Tools+Systems=Authorization rights

User+AllTools+SelectionList=not enough rights to clear alerts.

THIS NOT WORKING as advertised in the documentation!!!

Version: Systems Insight Manager 5.2 - Windows
Build version: C.05.02.00.00
