Automatic Event Handling
Is there a way to assign a Task to a System List you have created. For instance I have creeated a System List called "Critical Infrastructure Servers" and used the rules to add my critical servers. I now try to create an Automatic Event (mail) but have to re-type the query I set up in the Systems List. This seems like duplicate work and harder to manage when you create several events against my so called critical systems. What is the Use of System Lists if they connot be used for event handling.

Re: Automatic Event Handling
Alas no, but it is something that has been asked for many times.

Re: Automatic Event Handling
I thought so. What a nuisance. I have found a work around provided you do not use the Contact Information. Place Critical Infrastructure in this user definable field and create you ebent based on this task. very clunky thanks HP
