Availability of SP5 for HP SIM 5.0

Is there a way around downloading a 400 MB file for just upgrading from SP4 to SP5? Has anybody a link or a click description?

Last time I checked you still had to do it the long way.
Probably somebody has a good explanation why a upgrade package isnt available like its previous versions.
