Back up automatic event handling jobs and system lists?

Hello,
I upgraded from SIM 4.2 sp2 to 5.0 yesterday. Had a number of issues. I could not add or delete servers, some of my system lists were hosed, it would not let me modify system lists, it stopped sending notifications for critical events, etc. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling from scratch, using the same database. However, all my system lists, event handling jobs, users, etc. are gone. I am recreating them now. Is there a way to back up these settings so I can just import them next time an upgrade breaks my production server? Thanks in advance.
