Baseline Management : Notify new version/ apply when discover

Hi,

 

My repository is well populated with baseline 2013.09.0B that i associate to server

 

My questions are:

> if a new baseline is downloaded through VCR, can i be notified ... ?

> When i discovered a new serer or configure agent, i cant' automatically sepcify the baseline during process, i  have to do it after, is there a possibilities to do it ?
