Blank "Product Name"

Finding more commonly the BIOS comes up with a blank field for the product name. Has anyone else come accross this issue? Plz contact back ASAP. Thanks!

If you're talking about the Product name as listed in HPSIM then check what the System Type is.
If it is Unknown or Unmanaged then you have an SNMP Problem.
You'll need to get the community names and access right.
You don't provide any details of OS, Server type, HPSIM version etc. so it's a bit difficult to guess.
