Another way is to run setup.exe from the Softpaq and then select the Server to push it to. setup.exe starts the Remote Deployment Utility.
I push PSP's to both root and domain controllers. There's no requirement for local accounts.

so how did you login to it?
I can't use anonymous, so I need to have either using domain accounts or HP Mgmt accounts to login to system mgmt home page.
Can it be done?
