Can not download and install Support Pack
I get an error message everytime I try.
The Smart Component file, cp005545.exe, could not be retrieved from the Version Control Repository Manager on server bplxosa. Downloads stopped.
Additional Data
HTTP_STATUS: 401
Any thoughts?

Re: Can not download and install Support Pack
Make sure that VCA is pointing to the right VCRM system with operator or administrator level access and that the components exists in the Repository.
Also verify that SMH service is running on the VCRM system.
